The participants have been selected through a rigorous screening process involving competitive entrance tests such as CAT, GMAT, XAT scores, group discussions and personal interviews. The interview panellists consisted of reputed faculty from ESB Business School and SPJIMR. A majority of the participants have engineering background. As can be inferred, the participants have worked in diverse set of industries such as Manufacturing, Electronics R&D, Information Technology, Logistics, Power, Banking, Telecommunication and Defence industries.

The average work experience of batch is 38 months. Some participants have had international exposure in their industries from countries such as USA, China, Japan, Italy and Canada.
